Dark purple carrots, inside and out, with improved bolting tolerance. 8–10" long, smooth roots hold their shape in the field and are great for bunching or mechanical harvest. Similar to Purple Haze in size, but slower to develop. Tops are also stronger and more upright. Roots are smaller and slower to size-up than Purple Elite's and have lesser-quality tops. Also available with NOP-compliant pelleting.
