Very upright, easy to grow, and adaptable to all seasons. Attractive, dark-green savoyed leaves that blanch at the center. This variety is extremely slow to bolt and exceptionally tipburn tolerant. A cross between romaine and iceberg, with good weight and crunch for its size. Great in salad mix or marketed as mini heads. NOTE: Days to maturity will vary depending on your target weight and growing practices, but you can expect a range of 35–45 days for hydroponically grown, full-size heads. MT0-30.
