Markedly uniform, vibrant red, jumbo-size bulbs with globe shape. Gorgeous, rich skin color also reflected in the internal rings. Overwintered in the south from fall planting. Red Rock is an excellent short-day option for Southern California. It can also be overwintered in the North for beautiful globe-shaped spring bulbs, though it is significantly later to mature than Desert Sunrise. For short storage (up to 3 months).
