About Our Presenters
Pam MorinPam Morin has been the Greenhouse Manager at Johnny’s since 2012, where she is responsible for the day-to-day care of research and breeding crops, managing over 40,000 square feet of greenhouse space. As part of her IPM program, Pam releases beneficial insects in the greenhouses and maintains their populations with banker plants. Pam was a vegetable market-farmer before joining Johnny’s and now has over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
Jon Ault, Asst Farm ManagerJon Ault has been the Assistant Farm Manager for Johnny's since the 2020 season. Before that, Jon worked as a tractor mechanic at a farm machinery company and as the manager of a 1000-member CSA farm in Central Maine. He holds a certificate from UMass Amherst in Sustainable Farming and degrees in Auto Repair and Medieval Greek History. In addition to his work at Johnny's, Jon co-owns Honeysuckle Way Flowers with his partner, and has served 3 terms as an at-large city councilor in his local community of Gardiner, Maine.
